A PE backed business based in Berkshire are currently looking to recruit a FP&A Director. This role will manage a team of three and reports in to the Senior Director. Key responsibilities include: Lead the European Regional Financial closeResponsible for central Opex planning and monthly analysis, including interface to HR teams for monthly reporting.Lead the European Annual Budget processResponsible for Commercial Sales Incentive Plan reconciliations and submissions prior to Europe governance review meetings.Lead the commercial Forecast processesResponsible for coordinating the financial onboarding of key regional contracts following any contract changes.Support Strategic Projects on ad hoc basis Candidates will ideally be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong past experience in FP&A as well as the ability to work across teams and present to key stakeholders.
