Group Financial Controller

We have that opportunity BTG Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing PE backed business that is seeking a Group Financial Controller who can become the Group CFO in the next 5 years. As Group Financial Controller you will take responsibility for coordinating the reporting of multiple international sites, producing and developing the board reporting, reviewing the consolidated accounts and being the business partner to the Exec Board. You will lead projects to harmonise processes and reporting across the group, play a key role in cost saving initiative and contribute to strategy as part of the senior leadership team.

To be considered for the fast track opportunity you will have previously held a Group Financial Controller type role in a group with international subsidiaries have experience of developing board reporting and ideally have qualified in practice, previous experience within a private equity environment would be plus but is not essential.
