Finance Analyst

Ignata Finance are working with a blue-chip corporate with the Gatwick area for the recruitment of a Finance Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for assist with the budgeting and forecasting process as well as the production of ad hoc reports.

Due to the nature of the role you will ideally match the following:

-          Currently working within accounts and some experience of assisting with the production of management accounts or experience of financial reporting

-          Experience of working within a shared service centre environment would be preferred but not essential

-          Excel to an intermediate standard – this must include experience of analysing large quantities of data

Key responsibilities:

-          Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process

-          Assist with revenue reporting

-          Assist with balance sheet reconciliations

-          Assist with ad hoc project work such as systems upgrades

-          Daily variance analysis

-          Accruals and prepayments

-          Journal entry

-          Assist with month end tasks

-          Financial reporting

-          Assist with financially modelling
