A great opportunity has arisen at a leading private equity firm who are currently seeking a corporate accountant on a contract basis for 12 months.
This is a long term temporary opportunity and would suit a recently qualified accountant in industry who has experience of performing all of the bookkeeping/monthly management accounting activities to ledger close, but also had experience of producing statutory accounts.
You will be responsible for:
- Treasury & cash management, including bank reconciliations
- Quarterly P&L management reporting
- Preparation of monthly management accounts to month end close including journal entries
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Assisting with prodcution of statutory accounts for key trading entities
- Assisting with FP&A
- Preparation of cost reporting and analysis around it
Criteria:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA etc)
- Recent experience of operational accounting - month end management accounts, treasury/cash management, AP, AR, intercompany would be ideal
- Financial services experience preferable but not essential
Duration: 12 Months
Day rate: £250-300pd depending on experience
