They offer a solid platform for growth within the business and are looking to bring in a Financial Accountant to their London Office with clear opportunity for commercial exposure and career progress.

Description

The Role

As a Financial Accountant your key responsibilities will include:

  • Production of Statutory Accounts for subsidiaries and properties within the portfolio, including Group Consolidations
  • Assist with Month End Close and Board Pack Preparation - ownership of Management Accounts for some group entities
  • Help with the maintenance and development of Financial Process & Control Improvements
  • Maintain current knowledge of IFRS and the Group's other statutory reporting requirements
  • Deliver Ad Hoc Reporting and Special Review Projects where required
  • Whilst primarily a reporting role they offer great progress opportunities and historically promotions have been seen within 12 months with the option to take on a more commercial role if that is where your interest lies.

    What's Needed

    • Qualified ACA
    • Highly developed interpersonal skills - ongoing development of effective working relationships to help drive team performance
    • Background in Consolidation & Group reporting
    • Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards and multi-currency consolidation
    • Proven ability to perform under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
    • Proactive & self-driven
