Heyland Finance are working exclusively alongside this specialist multinational manufacturing organisation based in the centre of Warrington as they look to recruit a Management Accountant to cover a period of 12 months. The successful candidate will be required to prepare accounts to trial balance for two business entities within the group and provide reviews and commentary on business performance for operational expenditures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing strong relationships with business partners.
• Reconciliation of GRNs to invoice
• Petty cash (Issue and reconciliation there of)
• Intercompany payables/receivables
• Maintain accruals
• Maintain Prepayment schedule
• Assets – Creation/maintenance
• Bank Reconciliation of company accounts
• Credit card expenses processing/set up of concur for users/credit card queries
• Credit card accrual report
• Pre-month-end closing tasks like P&L, balance sheet and cost centre review
• To manage the month end process, including the following:
o SAP closing tasks
o Preparing and maintaining accruals, provision and prepayment for operational expenditure.
o Creation and reconciliation of monthly Intercompany sales invoicing
o Creating and maintaining month assessment cycle
o Monthly depreciation assessment and maintenance.
o Reporting operation expenditure
o Salaries to be posted to SAP
o Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Month-end closing tasks to trial balance
• Any other duties as required in line of the needs of the business
