A mid market business operating in the professional services / financial services sector requires an Interim CFO. The business is market leading in its field and performing very well, with an impressive growth trajectory.
This is a board level position partnering with the entrepreneurial CEO. The Interim CFO will have responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the business and play a major part in the growth plans.
The role requires someone with a hands-on approach to finance, with a strong background in controls and process, as well as strategic business partnering and financial planning capabilities.
You will have worked in a mid sized business in the professional services / financial services or related sectors. Having M&A experience would be highly beneficial.
