Short term project supporting an SME Manufacturing and Distribution business
Client Details
Growing SME in the Manufacturing and Distribution sector located in South Derbyshire
Description
Short term interim role working with a growing business supporting a costing project
Review and keep product pricing schedules up to date. Close collaboration with Commercial/NPD, performing financial modelling scenarios. Support product pricing schedules for new products. Ensure accuracy of master data for all product parts. Review and challenge assumptions for the Bill of Material (BOM) for all products. Regular updates of standard costs. Monitor, analyse and report on variances in actual costs against standard costs. Continually review and improve all product costing and reporting processes.
Profile
Qualified or QBE accountant with hands on costing experience gained within manufacturing
