CFO

Our client is a private equity backed property development business that is looking to hire a CFO to partner the CEO on a growth journey and ultimately a successful exit. The CFO will be expected to manage and oversee the Finance function as well as add strategic value at Board Level.  In addition the CFO will be expected to play a proactive role operationally across the organisation and lead all commercial decision making and third party negotiations.  The ideal candidate will have experience of residential and commercial property and will have been actively involved in fund-raising and some kind of exit/transaction.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing and innovative organisation  with ambitious expansion and development plans.
