Its fun and vibrant Senior Management team ensures a constantly evolving business at the forefront of London's social scene.

Key to the next stage of the company's development will be the appointment of a Financial Controller / Head of Finance, a number one role, reporting directly to the Board. The new Financial Controller / Head of Finance will take full responsibility for all aspects of Finance in the business, the lead role in working with external stakeholders, suppliers, banks and auditors. The role will:-

  • Lead and develop the small team in finance, overseeing all day to day and monthly accounting
  • Manage all internal and external financial reporting, including banking covenants
  • Produce quality management accounts, forecasts and MI across the business
  • Manage working capital, VAT, payroll and compliance in the business
  • Lead the annual budgetary process, working closely with department heads and GMs
  • Be a figurehead at head office, managing the head office link with sites and venues
  • Highlight all key performance issues, constantly adding value to the commercial process
  • Challenge the status quo, bringing ideas and improvements to the business
  • Assess and develop controls and systems across finance, F&B, HR and IT.

The company has an impressive Board, with a record of success in the Hospitality and Entertainment sectors and is seeking a fun-loving Qualified Accountant / Finance Professional to join the Senior Management Team. You will have experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Finance Director in the Hospitality, Bars, Restaurants or Events multi-site sectors and be keen to take the lead role in a small quality Finance function in an evolving business.
