Practice Accountant

Practice Accountant required for a highly reputable, well established practice in Barnsley - salary negotiable

This practice predominantly handle the accounts for clients across a variety of different industries, ranging from sole traders to larger limited companies and groups.

Your new role
Our client is seeking to appoint the replacement to a long standing senior accountant, and are considering a variety of experience levels as replacements to this colleague.

You will be from a practice background, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
You will be familiar with all aspects of practice accounting including bookkeeping, vat returns, tax returns etc.

As part of a close knit team, you will provide a high level of customer service and client liaison to the practice clients, further developing the excellent relationships already established with current and new clients.

• Excellent relationship development ability
• Hard working attitude
• Relevant qualification (open to qualified and part qualified applicants)

Personality fit is a key attribute for this position, as many members of the team are longstanding colleagues, including the Director who has progressed from a junior position within the company.

What you'll get in return

• Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications - Budget c. £20,000 to £35,000 per annum.
