Credit Control German Speaking

I am currently recruiting for my client based in Watford who are currently expanding their Credit Control department. This role requires a native or fluent German speaker and a confident user of SAP.

This is a 12 month on going temporary position and you will need to be on short notice or immediately available. There is no parking but plenty of place to park and right next to Watford Junction station.

Processing Direct Debits and Credit Card payments
Managing and submitting Credit Notes
Correcting any errors and remittances
Ensuring dispute cases collection activity are completed in a timely manner to minimize DSOs and improve cash flow and cash management.
Resolve all issues from external/internal Partners/Stakeholders impacting on planned collection activity
Participate in producing Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually reporting from the Credit & Collections outputs to support compliance
Chasing unpaid invoices and collecting debt
