They are currently recruiting for dynamic Credit Controllers with a wealth of experience to join their fast-paced team; optimising the mix of group sales and bad debt losses and reducing bad debt provision and bad debt write offs.

Responsible for the Credit Control of several regions within the group in compliance with the credit control policies and procedures, you will chase debt, collect and allocate funds and manage credit problems of both a short-term and long-term nature.  Ensuring the group does not take undue financial risks and that potential debts are addressed quickly, you must maintain regular telephone discussions with the publican and the Regional Manager where there is overdue debt and document agreed actions in writing.   

To be successful in these roles, candidates should have demonstrable experience gained in a similarly fast paced credit control department making sound financial judgement in a primarily business to consumer environment.  Able to negotiate effectively with customers and with strong oral and written communication skills, you must be IT literate, have strong numerical and analytical skills and ideally have experience of Navision and CRM, although this is not essential.
