Financial Planning and Analysis Accountant

Our client based in Harrow is looking to recruit a commercially astute Management Accountant in this new role.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for developing the budgeting and planning process within the business and improving the quality of Management Information throughout the business to improve performance.

• Maintain, update and continuously develop planning, budgeting and forecasting systems
• Prepare monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts
• Act as a business partner to key stakeholders and identify and pursue opportunities to improve performance
• Arrange monthly review meetings
• Preparation of year end reporting pack
• Ad-hoc Financial analysis and reporting as and when required
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities

You are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with previous experience in a Business partnering role, supporting non-financial management. You have excellent reporting, communication skills and Excel skills
