MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT Costs

My manufacturing client are looking to recruit a permanent cost accountant. The role will involve working closely with the CFO and the wider operations team.

As well as analysing stock transactions and usage you will also under take costing analysis and provide the commercial team with costing reports and quotes.
You will be a business partner to the commercial sales team to help develop business but also assist them in building budgets.

On a monthly basis you will undertake variances, post relevant journals and run sales reporting.

This is an analytically focused role with a good degree of business partnering and wide business exposure. Reviewing existing and new costing models to drive improvements.

To be considered you will either be a fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate strong excel skills and proven experience in commercial and cost analysis - ideally from a manufacturing business but not compulsory.
