Our client is a high growth PE backed business that has achieved significant growth across Europe.  The are seeking a Deputy FD with the gravitas and experience to business partner with CEOs and CFOs based in the regions and support continue growth.  You would be responsible for providing management information for decision support and production of the annual budgets.  You would have overall responsibility for reporting for all European entities.

Responsible for:

  • Identification and involvement in transformations
  • Ensuring reporting is robust and that adequate controls are in place
  • Delivery of accurate and timely Accounts to the Group.
  • Monitor and drive performance in the regions as required
  • Integral to the Budget and Forecasting process
  • Undertake integrations in line with group policies
  • Working with Group to ensure tax compliance for each region
  • Develop models and teams
  • Support of the audit process in region
  • Owner and ensuring integrity of the finance processes
  • Ad hoc project work necessary to improve systems and processes that support growth and customers

Person Specification:

  • You will be a qualified accountant with strong academics
  • A track record of delivering improvements of finance reporting and developing teams
  • Experience of implementing IT systems
  • The role requires regular travel
