Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Reporting directly to the CFO and supporting the Board, this critical new addition will have the opportunity to drive all aspects of the commercial finance activities for the business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of all budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Providing support to the CFO, Executive Board, Commercial & Programme Management
• Financial modelling, scenario and variance analysis - driving, challenging and advising the business
• Partnering with non-finance commercial project managers to review tender and contract activity
• Preparing 'value add' commercial reports (incl. margin variances, revenue forecasts, sensitivity & risk analysis)
• Maintaining and improving accuracy of the medium and long-term planning

Our client is seeking a qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or overseas equivalent) with a solid background in FP&A. You should be of analytical mindset, commercially focused and posses excellent communication skills. Technical competence to be able to develop financial models and manage forecasting complexities, as well as the ability to challenge the business and to drive continuous improvement.
