Senior Management Accountant

Senior Management Accountant - Cheshunt - £50-55k (6 month fixed term contract)

Our client, one of the largest groups, in their sector, in the UK, are looking to employ a new Senior Management Accountant on a 6 month fixed term contract. The group have offices around the world, including Asia, Australia and the USA and they are looking for someone who can develop in the group with excellent chances of future promotions. To fill this role you must be qualified and have post qualified experience, as you will be managing a qualified management accountant.

Responsibilities include:

* Production of the weekly analysis and production of Gross Margin Reports
* Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and associated management information (including statistical data such as balance sheet reconciliations)
* Responsibility for reconciling the inter-company accounts
* Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory issues
* Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
* Preparation of information for auditors and any other external reviewers
* Ensuring integrity of sales, purchase and nominal ledger

Skills required:

* Qualified Accountant (CIMA,ACCA or ACA)
* Two years Qualified Experience
* Advanced Excel (Vlookup's/Pivots)
