Our client is a major institutional backed private equity real estate fund with an outstanding opportunity for a CFO for its new PRS Real Estate opportunity based in Central London.
This is an ambitious project , with the foundations firmly in place to achieve an liquidity event, likely an IPO by 2025.
The scale of capital invested is likely to be in excess of £20bn.
We are seeking an experienced private equity real estate CFO, ideally with knowledge/experience of the PRS market and the social housing sector.
An involvement in large scale asset purchases/disposals/transactions would clearly be an advantage.
The CFO will lead and develop the finance team , while giving clear direction and support to the general management and support team.
A base salary circa £275,000-£300,000 plus guaranteed bonus and future LTIP will be on offer to the right candidate.
For the right person this will be a career defining role with life changing equity.
