A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Group Finance Controller to join a highly acquisitive private equity backed FMCG company. They are currently achieving a turnover of £40m per annum and seek to grow this to £100m (and £10m EBITDA) within 3 to 4 years. This role will report into the CFO; and will offer a clear track of succession.
The responsibilities:
- Creating financial models.
- Shaping and improving financial reporting.
- Business partnering and relationship building with external stakeholders.
- Assisting with the acquisitions and integrations of new entities.
- Managing consolidations of group entities.
- Improving month end processes.
- Improving systems; potential for new ERP system implementation.
The requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Experience within a similar group environment is advantageous.
- Experience within PE or VC backed (high growth) companies is preferable.
- Strong excel and modelling skills.
- Strong communication skills.
