The Finance Manager Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will assume responsibilities for 5 direct reports and 4 indirect within the Finance Operational team where you will be accountable for the performance and integrity of transactional and key management data.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the monthly close, first review of the accounts and investigating key variances
- Supporting the budget process by collating detailed information on history of revenue and costs.
- Working with the Finance Director and Systems Accountant to create a strong culture of systems and controls, implementing improvements and identifying issues.
The Candidate:
As Finance Manager you will have demonstrable experience working within a managerial / influential post within the services sector. You will be a superb influencer with strong people management skills. You will be ideally be qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA however degree educated qualified by experience would be considered
