Our client is an expanding Top 20 accountancy practice with offices across the UK and internationally. Their London office is now recruiting for their non-graduate AAT training programme to start in September 2019. 
 
AAT Programme
 
The AAT FastTrack programme is a two year course which will provide you with credits towards the ACA qualification, allowing you to become a chartered accountant more quickly than other routes. During your first year of study you will cover in-depth financial processes, such as final accounts for sole-traders, costs and revenues and professional ethics. Following on from this, in your second year you will complete four compulsory AAT, which will enable you to apply for credit for prior learning for the following ACA Certificate Level modules. Furthermore alongside your studying, you will be gaining valuable experience working in a Top 20 Accountancy firm with fellow trainees and qualified accountants.
 
The Training
 
You will be given early responsibility from day one and can expect exposure to clients incorporating a wide diversity of work and various challenges that will help you develop the skills you need to succeed as an accountant.
 
Our client will support you in every way they can with high-quality training focusing on both technical areas and soft skills, including effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills. They will assign you a personal mentor who will support you where necessary and ensure you are happy.
