Interim FP&A Manager

My exclusive client based in Trafford Park; due to receive Private Equity funding within the next month, is recruiting an FP&A Manager on an interim basis to improve processes and reporting to provide high quality information.

The contract will last between 3 to 6 months, with key responsibilities involving developing financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

It is key that this individual has advanced Excel and financial modelling skills as the FP&A Manager will be responsible for automating and standardising the board pack, using a variety of data sources to provide detailed information for the Board and PE investors.

The successful candidate will analyse key trends and work with department Managers across Sales, Production, R&D and Purchasing to provide strategic insight into commentary on current and past trends, and have full control of the forecasting and planning process.

The ideal candidate will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with experience in a similar role, having worked in a manufacturing company or private equity environment will be beneficial for this contract to enable them to hit the ground running.
