Finance Director

A unique investor led property business is seeking a number one in finance with an eye for strategic growth to lead an Israel based property project. Providing crucial oversight to lead investors on the project and reporting on progress and highlighting important issues you will be an invaluable member of the management team.

Based in Israel with significant time spent in the UK you will be responsible for managing the complete project, (from a financial perspective). This will include responsibility for reviewing project documentation, bank financing terms, and contracts as well as accounting and tax. In addition a key focus of the role will be on investor economics as well as assisting with the overall management of the project in order to lead the project to a successful outcome.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered, having trained and qualified in a UK based accountancy firm. With 10 years PQE in a property/real estate business and bilingual in English/Ivrit, this opportunity would suit a candidate currently based in Israel or looking to relocate there. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a new project as it gets off the ground.
