Finance Manager

A leading multi site consumer business is looking to recruit an ACA//ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.

You will play a significant part in developing and implementing Order to Cash strategy for the business within the UK. You will work closely with, advise and recommend the UK Senior Management on optimum delivery solutions.

The ability to support a successful Change Management programme is considered essential to the success of the role, as is the effective management of the team and relationships with 3rd Parties. The Manager is also responsible for managing and developing team members as well as representing the function to leadership.

Working with senior stakeholders across the business you and your team will be involved in technical accounting for chasing debt-the accounting behind the receivables transactions. There is lots of SOX, analytical work and authorising billing uploads. You will look at where things are in financial statements and do high volume reconciliations and there is a need for multi-entity and multi-currency understanding.

The desired candidate will have experience in balance sheet and P&L accounting and can demonstrate an ability to manage and develop a team.
