Finance Director

Our client is an entrepreneurial manufacturing business that are embarking on a period of growth by acquisition. The Group CFO is looking for an interim finance director to assist with projects.

Duties will include:

• Orderly handover period with incumbent finance lead
• Diagnostic of processes, controls and systems
• Embedding rigorous cashflow forecasting and management information
• Establishing and reporting KPI’s to executive team
• Managing and motivating a small finance team
• Business partnering the operational leadership

A qualified accountant you will have a background in manufacturing or engineering and understand process driven businesses. The ability to communicate across the organisation taking ideas wherever you find them and integrating them into the operational plan to create efficiency is important.
