One of the worlds leading Energy investors, this organisation are still very much on a growth phase and are planning multiple deals in 2019, with the potential to double global revenues.
Your new role
Working as part of the head quarters function in London, the role will play an integral part of the global delivery of financial information to very senior stakeholders.
With reporting lines across the group, the role evolve to lead a transaction support function as well as taking overall responsibility for driving effective and efficient external reporting.
Duties
- Monthly - Preparation of month-end workings including coordinating consolidation of management reporting
- Financial Reporting - Preparation of annual and half-year accounts
- Preparation of group statutory accounts
- Controls testing
- Preparation of finance Board and Audit committee papers
- M&A support - investment reporting and due diligence
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an ACA qualified accountant with a background in practice and the desire to ideally progress into a global group. If you have experience in Audit as well as Accountant prep it would be advantageous.
