Group Financial Accountant required for a head office role for a services company based in Coleshill.
Your new company
We are recruiting for a rapidly expanding services company in Coleshill. The company have a diverse number of entities within the group role will be based at the UK head office.
Your new role
This is a newly created position for a Group Financial Accountant to join the business. This is a stand alone role reporting into the UK Finance director. The main focus of the role is in the production of the consolidated accounts for the various entities in the group. You will also prepare the monthly board pack and be involved in both the monthly budget process and the annual forecasts. Other key aspects of the role involve overseeing the Treasury facility for the group.
You will also assist the Finance Director in the production of the quarterly VAT returns, corporation tax work and other ad-hoc tax related tasks. This is a technical role and would suit either someone from a Practice background or a Financial Accounting background within industry.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully Qualified Accountant with strong technical knowledge. Advanced excel is essential. You will have previous exposure to consolidations, tax reporting and treasury.
