My client is a well established Not for Profit organisation based in Swansea. This organisation are doing really well at the moment and looking to strengthen their finance team.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Accountant/Finance Business Partner will join a well established and talented finance team in Cardiff.
This diverse role will join a well established team and report to a Finance Manager.
The role will support stakeholders in the business by giving a value added Finance Business Partnering provision. You will have a large budget area to manage and will be responsible for all Month End close activities, production of reports showing budgets versus actuals and meet with budget holders on a regular basis to discuss these variances.
Profile
You will be a fully qualified Accountant through CCAB or CIMA. Please dont apply if you dont hold ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA qualifications!
You will have great interpersonal skills and be able to influence senior steak-holders in the organisation.
You will have great IT skills including a high level of Excel.
Substantial experience of Management Accounting in a complex organisation.
Job Offer
Salary c £3500 - £42000 paid on an hourly basis.
