Your new role

Supporting the Credit Manager, you will take responsibility for the daily collections activities of the credit control, and credit risk team. In this "hands on" role you will be the go to person for escalations and providing best practice advice. You will be responsible for motivating, mentoring, training and developing the credit team, therefore previous leadership experience is essential.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will have proven experience of working in a management or team leader position, within a business to business credit control function. To be successful in this role you will have strong knowledge of credit control processes and be able to lead a team to achieve against targets.
