Accountant

A successful manufacturer in South Cambridge are looking for an Accountant to work in a sole position reporting to group. This is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £45,000 per year.

Responsibilities of your new role

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be joining a business who have several entities across Europe and are looking to bring some of the financial aspects back in-house.

In this Accountant role your core duties will include:

• Covering all aspects of finance from top to bottom
• Invoicing through to higher level work on budgets and forecast
• Inter-company work, providing support with cashflow
• Supporting senior management on current forecasts with associated analysis
• Improving current finance processes and controls to make a more streamlined operation

Candidate requirements

The successful Accountant will ideally demonstrate:

• Qualified or in the final stages of ACCA / CIMA
• Experience across all levels of finance
• The ability to take on additional responsibilities while hitting agreed deadlines

This role would suit a confident individual who is looking to draw on previous experience and enhance the new working environment.

Salary

The successful Accountant will be offered £40,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience.
