Senior Management Accountant Solihull - 45 - 55k + 10% Bonus

Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with a well known Retail group that are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join their team based at Birmingham Business Park.

Senior Management Accountant in Solihull responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning, forecasting and reporting processes in order to ensure financial stability in design, implementation and co-ordination to minimise local finance controlling efforts.
• Research and implement new process to improve the month end process
• Generate and assist in the preparation of relevant financial information for management to safeguard and improve profitability
• Assist in the monitoring of chances and risks in order to evaluate the financial situation and support General Managers and the Finance Directors to decide about forecast values.
• Support with Ad Hoc projects as advised by the head of FP&A
• Assist in the consolidation and analysis of actual and forecasted results to provide the board with accurate information to facilitate decision making.
• Ownership of the monthly management accountants production
• Line management for a small team
