Successful branded FMCG business in Berkshire require an Interim Financial Controller to join them asap. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be supporting this SME business through a particularly busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of all accounting, financial/management reporting and external financial reporting
- Establishment and maintenance of finance systems, policies, procedures and controls
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process
- Management and reporting of cashflow and ad-hoc commercial support
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in a hands-on, yet fully accountable, Financial Controllership role
- Experience operating in a consumer focused business would be ideal, although not essential
- Flexible and collaborative approach, combined with the ability to roll sleeves up within a small team environment
