Investigo are urgently seeking a Technology Finance Manager for a large business in Watford.
Key Duties:
- To improve current ways of working and improve the financial processes of the Technology team
- Design of KPIs to capture periodic performance
- Provide analysis, budgeting, forecasting of the financial performance
- Provide financial analysis on capital proposals and reporting on on-going capital commitments
- Manage and develop a team of 4 qualified accountants and 2 Part Qualified
- Develop processes that support the analysis of financial information
- Work with the management team to improve the efficiency of their underlying business processes
- Produce/ review periodic Management Information pack which gives insight to business performance
- Produce and lead in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Forecasts
- Produce period management accounts, analysis and commentary
- Preparation of information for external reporting as required
- Drive improved business insight by developing cost of ownership analysis
- Evaluate the potential of new capital and revenue related projects and develop processes to monitor the performance of existing initiatives
- Continually look to improve the processes and reporting for the business
To Apply:
- 4 years' experience beyond Qualification
- Ideally have experience working with Technology teams
- Experience of managing teams
- Experience of period management accounts, analysis and commentary
- Experience of budgeting and forecasting
- System skills including mainstream accounting packages and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in supporting non-finance teams
