As Property Management Accountant you will be responsible for the following duties;
- Responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts
- Tenant related charges; rent, service charge, insurance
- Arrears reporting
- Credit control
- Vat reporting
- Supplier invoices
- Service charge accounting
Profile
he successful Property Management Accountant will have the following desirable skill set;
- Have worked within a property accounting function previously
- Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
