Cluster Financial Controller

Largely prestigious 5 star hotel based close to Gatwick, Surrey seeking a Cluster Financial Controller to join their growing team. Within this role you will be working within an senior finance capacity, to ensure the highest service is adhered to within the constraints of the budgets you have set whilst ensuring this is a profitable entity for the group. You will have the opportunity to ecompass a variety of finance and operational duties whilst gaining vital accounting skills to propel you in your career. This role is a rare opportunity to join this Group within such a high profile position, you will need to have experience of working within a Large Hotel in an operational position. 

Cluster Financial Controller duties will include:

• Billing and invoicing
• Revenue control
• Financial reporting 
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations 
• Payroll assistance 
• Adhoc administration

You must have the following to apply for this role:

• Accounting/Administration experience
• Team management/mentoring ability 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Good Excel and financial system skills
