FP&A Manager

Partner financial are working with a private equity backed company within the educational sector. With locations across Europe, America and Asia, their aim is to empower and develop global education.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you be responsible for supporting both the regional and group finance teams. The ideal individual will have a tenacious attitude, with a willingness to discover, review, and drive business performance. They will have a commercial focus understanding key business drivers.

Key Deliverables

• Producing and delivering the monthly board reports
• Timetabling and managing the month end process in accordance to deadlines
• Streamlining the month end reporting process
• Managing and developing the report sharing process between group and regional
• Acting as the key point of contact for new finance projects
• Supporting with the production of the budgets and leading the regional review
• Developing insight, enabling finance to identify risks and opportunities
• Producing ad-hoc reports and presentations for the key Stakeholders
• Supervising an Analyst

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• High self-motivation, with strong communications and a drive to succeed
• Ability to manage and act as a key point of contact across finance
• Strong background in reporting and financial modelling
