Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful FP&A Manager will join a high performing finance team whose main purpose will be to support the Head of Western Europe and UK in all areas of financial performance and analysis.
Some of the main accountabilities of the FP&A Manager will include:
- Analytical review of P&L
- Monthly reporting for heads of functions
- Monthly dashboard (KPIs and P&L) reporting for UK and Western Europe
- Daily and weekly reporting (various)
- Analytical support for the UK heads of functions
- Ad hoc analysis and projects
The successful candidate will either be fully qualified or at finalist level with excellent analytical skills and previous experience working for both large and SME businesses. Excellent working knowledge of management accounts and strong communication skills are also essential for this role: Other key requirements include:
- FP&A experience in supporting Sales and Marketing function
- Very strong Excel skills – modelling, analysis, dashboards building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility and character
- Professional demeanour and ability to interact with persuasiveness and confidence
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-moving environment
- Positive mental attitude
