Finance Manager

US-owned manufacturer seeking a Qualified Finance Manager to lead a team and manage operational finance.

Your new company
This leading manufacturing business has a rich heritage in the Leicestershire market and are specialists in their field. They are owned by a large US-corporation and are looking to strengthen their finance team with the appointment of a new Finance Manager to support the Finance Director.

Your new role
You will lead a team in the management of the operational finance function, taking responsibility for the preparation and submission of the financial and management accounts, group reporting to the US parent, overseeing the SOX compliance, audit and internal controls. You will be a confident and professional leader able to support operations within the business adding technical expertise and commercial nouse.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of financial management within the manufacturing industry, ideally working for a US-owned business. You will be a confident leader with notable achievements in the development of staff and teams to perform at a high level.
