Head of Finance

Our client, an established retail business experiencing rapid growth seeks a high-calibre, driven Head of Finance to help develop, drive and implement their growth strategy. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Head of Finance will identify commercial issues and opportunities, lead and develop the finance team, and maintain effective standards of financial governance, and control.

You will lead the review and development of their finance systems and work in partnership with the senior management team to maximise the company's capability to meet its strategic growth plans.

Applicants should be a qualified accountant- ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent with strong finance leadership experience gained ideally within the retail sector. A strong track record in financial analysis, modelling and forecasting. A demonstrable track record and passion for leading a Finance function through a significant process of change.
The successful applicant will be commercially astute, decisive, and will relish the challenge of operating in a demanding environment.
