Finance Manager

FRS are delighted to be supporting a business who are UK leaders in their market. We are looking for a Finance Manager who has experience or a very experienced Management Accountant who is looking for a step up with responsibilities. You will be leading a small finance team of four and responsible for the below. A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the right candidate. Duties will include:
• Producing monthly management accounts
• Cash-flow forecasts
• Budgeting
• Cost analysis
• Financial reporting
• Job costing
• Leading the monthly financial management meetings
• Posting of month end journals
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Maintaining the fixed asset register
• Supporting company directors with ad-hoc duties and reporting Suitable candidates will have:
• AAT, ACCA, CIMA Qualification or qualified by relevant experience
• Good knowledge of the Sage accounting software
• Excellent communication skills, including production of written financial reports
• Experience of managing or leading a finance team previously
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role
• The ability to work alongside the Directors in leading the business forward and being part of future plans. Progression is a realistic possibility with the future vision of the business Directors
