A prestigious organisation in Corby, Northamptonshire are on the search for a talented and experienced Finance Manager. This full-time, permanent role pays up to £50,000 per year.
Responsibilities of your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your core duties as Finance Manager will include:
- Driving innovation and identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Managing and mentoring a team of four
- Business partnering at all levels, ensuring a greater understanding of financial data and adding value where possible
The successful Finance Manager will also be responsible for managing, reviewing and analysing management accounts with tasks such as cash flow management, forecasts and budgets and month-end / year-end accounts production.
Candidate requirements
Suitable applicants to this Finance Manager position will be ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified and able to demonstrate:
- Strong experience in management accounts
- Track record of implementing and improving processes
- Business partnering skills
- Team leadership abilities
