Title: Project Accountant
Salary: Flexible daily rate
Location: Kent
Search Consultancy are working with an international projects-focused business based in Kent with strong links to the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector. We are looking for someone to join their team on an initial temp to perm basis. You will join a high-profile commercial finance team that specialises in providing commercial decision-support in relation to £multi-million projects. Ideally you will be immediately available with experience in a project accounting environment.
Key Accountabilities
* Monitoring project performance
* Financial analysis and forecasting at company and group level
* Assisting in the audit process
* Journal maintenance
* Preparation of VAT returns
The ideal candidate will be
* A qualified or part qualified project accountant
* Demonstrable high level experience within a project environment.
* Strong analytical skills
* Immediately available (or short notice).
