Audit and Accounts Senior

An experienced Practice Accountant is sought by this firm based in North Surrey. The job title is Senior Accounts/Audit Manager with a view to Partnership in due course. The firm consists of 7 other members of staff. They are looking for an experienced accountancy practice professional to manage responsibility for circa 200 Limited/Partnership and Sole Trader companies. There are seven Audit clients, which equates to circa 25-30% of the annual workload with the other majority of time working with client businesses providing accountancy services for accounts production, and/or personal/corporate tax planning.

This is a great opportunity for a fresh pair of eyes to develop the Practice further and be part of a well established business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced QBE or Qualified Accountant with 5 to 10 years plus experience, gained within practice in a very generalist role. Experience of Audit, Business Services, Accounts Production and Bookkeeping, Mix of Tax (Personal/Corporation) planning.

A very competitive salary of circa £60,000 to £70,000 is on offer, plus annual bonus and 25 days holiday are offered and pension, and ideally the person recruited will enjoy working for a smaller independent practice where they can develop and eventually Head up the Firm in due course.
