Investigo are working with a business who seeks a Payroll Manager who manages the Payroll operations, ensuring each stage of the process is properly actioned, necessary information is communicated to HMRC and payments are correctly calculated. This position will provide the Finance Director and Financial Controller informed of impacting changes to relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

Conducting regular system checks to ensure the payroll database is working correctly and data is correct.

Produce detailed system automated management reports and analysis to aid payroll sign off by the Finance Director.

Making sure you keep up to date with regulations / legislation's. Ensuring that all staff are kept informed with any changes which may impact the organisation.

Developing a strong understanding of the organisations pension responsibilities, providing compliance details to the Finance Director.

Involvement in cyclical processes and tasks including annual budgets, forecasts and gender pay gap reporting.
