Senior Credit Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Credit manager to head up a Credit function with a business based in central Leeds. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance this a newly created position within the organisation focusing on the business to consumer market designed to ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to and that all compliance needs are met.

The main duties of the role are as follows:

*Support the team and wider business to deliver cash collection Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
*Produce weekly performance reports
*Management of third-party relationships including call centre and debt collection agencies
*Regular reviews of aged debts to maximise cash collection and reduce aged debt
*Maintenance of the credit policy for the specific area of the business
*Delivery of regular management information packs
*Continuous improvement of all credit processes
*Assist with external audit requests as required
*Adherence to internal policies and risk frameworks

Elevation would be keen to hear from candidates with the following skills and experiences

*You will have worked in a senior Credit Control position previously within a business - consumer market
*Excellent communication skills
*Knowledge of policy development and management
*Experience of process implementation and improvement
*Have an awareness of consumer credit referencing
*Be self-motivated with an analytical view and keen eye for detail
*Strong organisational and time management skills
