We are currently recruiting for an Interim Senior Management Accountant (6 months contract) for one of Warrington's most highly regarded businesses. Operating as the no 2 in finance for this £120m Construction/Engineering Business you will report directly to the Finance Director, taking responsibility for the small finance team with a remit including:
•Monthly Management Accounts preparation
•Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial balance
•Variance Analysis & reporting with narrative
•Work in Progress Reporting
•Cost Value Reconciliation
•Submitting financial results to the Group Head Office
•Journals
•Accruals & Prepayments
•Balance Sheet Reconciliations
•VAT returns
Applicants will be Qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA and will have previously operated in a similar profile or FM/FC role or will be experienced Management or Financial Accountants looking for a step into a supervisory role. You will. This is a highly visible role in a well-established, successful and well regarded business as part of a friendly and supportive finance team. Salary £45k+ with an impressive benefits package. Possibility of a permanent appointment at the end of the contract. Both professional interim and candidates who are ultimately looking for a permanent role will be considered. Construction or Engineering sector experience would be advantageous.
