Blackwaters is recruiting a UK FP&A Manager for a global business in Basingstoke. It’s a blended reporting and commercial role with a team. This person will be no.2 to the FD helping to improve commercial performance and drive strategic objectives.
This person will be stepping up to a senior leadership role, to develop and become a succession.
Responsibilities include;
- Lead and manage all FP&A activities for the UK business.
- Provide support and guidance to divisional directors.
- Report through to and liaise with corporate HQ.
- Challenge stakeholders to produce accurate forecasts.
- Instigate more insightful KPIs and dashboards for optimal decision making.
- Present reviews and guidance to directors.
- Develop the team and individuals to greater level.
- Manage reporting processes and controls.
Person requirements;
- Qualified Accountant.
- FP&A and commercial finance skill.
- Larger corporate background.
