An established and highly respected business in Manchester City Centre requires a highly driven and ambitious Financial Accountant.
The position has been newly created due to changes and growth within the business the successful candidate will be working very closely with the Director of Finance.
The primary purpose of the role will be to ensure all consolidated reporting is completed on time, as well as being the key contact within the division for all statutory and compliance related matters ranging from tax, IFRS compliance , internal and external audit.
The key responsibilities will involve budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance, statutory compliance, management, financial control and governance.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience as well as previously working in a Financial Accountant position. Experience of mergers and acquisitions is desirable.
