Company Information

You will be working for a well-known organisation based near Rhyl. They have a great reputation within North Wales and are expanding into the North West.

Main duties

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the main duties will include:
* Matching invoices to purchase orders and processing them in Sage
* Processing of employee expenses in a timely manner
* Scanning of documents for storage
* Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve invoice queries
* Generate, check and process payment runs
* Making ad-hoc payments and payment of proforma invoices on a daily basis
* Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger

Due to the size of the organisation you will also be required to do Ad Hoc Administration duties covering holidays.

Requirements

Experience working in a finance team is essential. Must have effective communication within a team and be able to work on your own when required. Main skills:

* Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Office
* Sage 50 knowledge preferable
* Experience of working in a finance role
* Working within the construction industry would be advantageous

Benefits

Salary 18k plus (experience dependant), 24 days plus bank holiday, free parking. Hours 8 to 5pm (30 mins Lunch), hours can be changed if needed.
